I created this Bluejay to highlight the beautiful wood grains through delicate steel cutout details which seem to frame the rustic wood beneath it. The metal reflects light, mimicking the sun’s rays as a Bluejay dashes in flight between flowers and trees.

This Bluejay wall sculpture:

Was made using rustic stained wood and clear-coated hand ground steel

Is made primarily for indoor display, but could be used outdoors if displayed in a covered area

May be hung by the sawtooth hanger on the back
